Antler – Pigment

I walked down the dark
road on Christmas Eve
only a sliver of moonlight
and house lights
to guide me.
When I heard hooves
behind me,
I turned to see a sleigh
on wheels led by
reindeer, the tips of their
antlers sparkling like stars.
Stopping and moving to the
side of the road,
I let them pass,
The driver giving me a
wink, smile, and nod
as he passed.

Ink Notes: Sometimes the simple inks are some of the most beautiful, and this plain brown pigment ink is a really lovely brown. I think this will also be an ink I'll get in the larger bottle when it comes out.

By the way, I do still believe in Santa Claus. (From 2018)
