I like ice cream sundaes with cherries on top. I also like using “cherry on top of the sundae” as a phrase (along with it’s many colorful variations). Trust me, I’ve been using it a lot this week.

We decided to stay in Orlando until Saturday morning. Hopefully, that will help us get through less traffic on the way back.

A friend posted about how there are a lot of Floridians who either can’t evacuate or move from Florida. Not everyone has the cash for that. Also, not everyone needs to evacuate, either.

This is NOT Florida’s first hurricane. Yes, it’s bad and scary, but Florida has things in place to get things done (and it’s one of the few things DeSantis actually gets right).
