Nostalgia – Chameleon

Nostalgia
for things past
and while some traditions
are worth saving
it should not come
at the cost
of a person's autonomy
and human rights

Ink Notes: The photo doesn't really capture the color of this ink well, to be honest. When it was wet, it looked much more grey-brown, but when it dries, it takes on a coppery, red-brown look. More like an old copper penny that's been buffed slightly. I always have a hard time judging the chameleon inks, but this one is rather lovely. I don't know if I'd get a whole bottle of it, but it would be good for doing fancy caligraphy or special drawings.
